Cancellation Policy
✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy
All appointments are reserved specifically for you. I kindly ask for 48–72 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be considered a schedule disruption. This includes same-day changes, last-minute cancellations, and no-shows.
Repeated schedule disruptions may result in a client being placed on a secured booking status, which may require a deposit to confirm future appointments.
Deposits (when required):
Are applied toward your scheduled service
Are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation
May be transferred with sufficient notice if rescheduling is needed
Clients with ongoing scheduling instability or repeated missed appointments may be limited to secured booking only or declined future bookings at my discretion.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
